Well-being and Mental Toughness has emerged as a highly significant factor in the development of young people and has been linked to a number of key factors such as academic engagement, valuing learning, coping effectively, thriving on pressure, attainment, well-being, classroom behavior, attendance. I work with school leaders to develop a clear well-being and mental toughness strategy to help students and teachers alike to flourish.
