I help people and organisations to flourish despite the uncertainties, challenges, and volatility they face. My vision is to make a positive impact in the lives of others, and I am proud to make a living by inspiring, motivating, and challenging people from all different backgrounds.
With a strategic approach combined with an outside-the-box perspective, I help people break through barriers and challenges, overcome doubts, and take a large stride towards achieving their goals. My ability to inspire, motivate, and support people to create changes gives them the self-efficacy to become the architects of their own success.
I don’t just motivate and inspire people, I ensure everyone leaves the room with simple, practical ideas to improve their mental toughness, resilience, well-being, and performance. Empower your employees to flourish with evidence based psychology. Employee wellbeing doesn’t need to be expensive. Marginal investment can produce effective results. In times of remote working and hybrid teams, having a proactive and preventative approach to wellbeing can be fundamental to the overall health of an individual and organisation. An individual or team having high levels of wellbeing links to important organisational outcomes, such as increased productivity and higher employee retention.
Well-being and Mental Toughness has emerged as a highly significant factor in the development of young people and has been linked to a number of key factors such as academic engagement, valuing learning, coping effectively, thriving on pressure, attainment, well-being, classroom behaviour, attendance. I work with school leaders to develop a clear well-being and mental toughness strategy to help students and teachers alike to flourish.
